- Jeff Lister
Defense
Jeff played tier hockey for a long, long, time ( 20 years to be precise
) having grown up in Canada, where they know a thing or two about the
sport. He moved to Toronto in February 1988 and then to Dallas in August
1990.
Jeff played with the BNR Beavers for 4 years in the A division at Valley
Ranch before leaving the game for 5 years to embark on a five year fitness
regimen. Jeff's "body by budweiser" was achieved with a strict
workout routine of thousands of sets of 8oz curls, resulting in a nice
round shape.
Five years and 120Lbs of soft muscle later, he started up the ACS Avalanche
at Polar Ice. The Avs would take the C2 title in year 1 and a C1 title
2 seasons late, in between sharing the league basement with the legendary
Flames.
He still plays with the Avs today at the Rink in Addison but considers
himself a Knuckle
now.
